Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated TMT Investment Banking Associate to join our team at Augmentjobs. The ideal candidate will work with senior bankers to provide strategic financial advisory services to clients within the Technology Media and Telecommunications sectors. You will support the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) capital raising transactions and other financial advisory services. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fastpaced environment engaging with highprofile deals and interacting with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis including financial modeling and valuation

Prepare pitch books presentations and other client materials
-
Assist in managing the execution of M&A transactions and capital markets deals

Perform industry research and analysis on TMT trends

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful deal execution

Manage and mentor junior analysts

Develop and maintain client relationships
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or related field

46 years of experience in Investment Banking preferably within the TMT sector

Strong financial modeling and valuation skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a highpressure environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
