Job Description
Ihre Aufgaben
- Gather and analyze data to identify and document service/system requirements for aviation projects
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and define business requirements and processes ensuring that they align with project goals and objectives
- Manage the requirements traceability matrix to ensure that all requirements are traceable testable and verifiable
- Develop and implement datadriven solutions to support decisionmaking improve business performance and achieve strategic goals
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop project plans and prioritize tasks ensuringprojects are completed on time and within budget
- Continuously monitor and evaluate industry trends and emerging technologies andrecommend new tools and methodologies to improve requirements management processes
Ihr Profil
- Completed studies in Business Administration Computer Science or related field
- 3 years of experience in business analyst role with focus on the aviation industry and requirements management
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with experience in service requirements and system requirements management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and tools(e.g. JIRA Trello)
- Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g. IBM DOORS JIRA) and databases(e.g. SQL NoSQL)
