Job Description:
As a Senior ECM Associate at Augmentjobs you will play a key role in executing equity capital markets transactions including initial public offerings (IPOs) followon offerings and private placements. You will work closely with senior bankers and clients to provide strategic advice prepare marketing materials and support transaction execution. Your responsibilities will include conducting market analysis financial modeling preparing pitch materials and managing relationships with clients and investors. This position offers significant exposure to highlevel dealmaking and provides the opportunity to contribute to critical decisionmaking processes in a fastpaced environment.
Education:

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or related field. A Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience:

58 years of experience in equity capital markets (ECM) investment banking or corporate finance.

Proven experience in managing and executing equity offerings.

Experience in financial modeling analysis and preparing investor presentations.

Strong knowledge of capital markets equity products and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of ECM transactions including IPOs and secondary offerings.

Work directly with senior bankers and clients to design transaction strategies.

Conduct financial and market analysis to support deal structures.

Prepare and review presentation materials and client documents.

Manage relationships with investors analysts and other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements throughout the transaction process.
Skills:

Financial Modeling: Ability to develop detailed financial models to support equity transactions.
