Experience Level: 25 years
Augmentjobs is seeking an experienced ECM (Equity Capital Markets) Associate to join our growing team. The ECM Associate will be responsible for supporting the execution of equity offerings including initial public offerings (IPOs) followon offerings and private placements. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers clients and other stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support senior bankers in structuring and executing equity offerings

Assist with financial modeling valuation analysis and due diligence processes

Prepare presentations marketing materials and pitch books for client meetings

Conduct market research and analyze equity market trends

Coordinate with legal accounting and regulatory teams to ensure compliance

Assist in managing the timeline and process of transactions

Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information

Help prepare equityrelated documentation including prospectuses and roadshow materials

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or related field

Financial modeling and valuation techniques

Knowledge of equity capital markets products

Strong analytical and research skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial modeling software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
