Salary Range: $70000 $100000 (Prorated for Summer Duration)
Experience Level: 02 years (Internship experience preferred but not required)

Job Description:Augmentjobs is seeking a motivated and driven Generalist Summer Associate for a handson internship experience within our Investment Banking division. As a Summer Associate you will work closely with senior bankers and clients across various sectors providing strategic insights financial analysis and assistance in deal execution. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of transactions and develop critical skills in financial modeling valuation and client management.
Responsibilities:-
Assist in the creation of financial models and presentations for client meetings

Support the execution of mergers acquisitions and capital raising transactions

Conduct industry and companyspecific research

Participate in due diligence including the review of financial statements and other documents

Help prepare pitch books and client presentations

Collaborate with team members to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Team player with a strong work ethic

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field (must be in progress)

Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in finance banking or related sectors is a plus
