Job Description: Senior Human Capital Consulting Associate
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Human Capital Consulting Associate to join our dynamic consulting team. In this role you will lead client engagements focused on human capital strategy organizational development talent management and workforce optimization. As a Senior Associate you will be responsible for managing complex projects advising senior leadership and helping clients align their workforce strategies with their overall business goals. You will also mentor and guide junior consultants driving both client success and the growth of the team.
Key Responsibilities: Human Capital Strategy Development:
- Lead the design and implementation of human capital strategies that align with client business objectives and address key workforce challenges.
- Develop and execute workforce planning talent management and employee engagement strategies.
- Provide advisory services to senior leadership on optimizing organizational design culture and talent management practices.
Organizational Development:
- Assess clients organizational structures and recommend strategies for improving efficiency collaboration and talent utilization.
- Design and implement change management initiatives to help clients navigate organizational transformations and cultural shifts.
- Develop leadership development programs and succession plans to foster talent growth within client organizations.
Talent Management and Performance:
- Lead the development and implementation of talent acquisition learning and development and performance management strategies.
- Evaluate and improve clients talent retention and engagement programs to drive employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
- Implement strategies to develop highpotential employees and ensure leadership pipelines are robust.
HR Transformation and Technology:
- Advise clients on HR technology selection implementation and optimization to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
- Assist in the integration of HR systems (e.g. Workday SuccessFactors) and analytics tools to improve talent management and reporting capabilities.
- Help clients leverage HR data and analytics to inform decisionmaking track talent performance and measure the success of human capital strategies.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders providing insights and solutions to drive organizational success.
- Prepare and deliver presentations reports and strategic recommendations to client executives.
- Maintain strong client relationships ensuring that projects are aligned with client expectations and business needs.
Project Management and Leadership:
- Lead complex multifaceted consulting projects ensuring the successful execution and delivery of all workstreams.
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of results.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams ensuring collaboration and alignment across workstreams.
Mentorship and Team Development:
- Mentor and guide junior consultants providing support and fostering professional development.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team helping to improve consulting methodologies and best practices.
- Actively participate in the recruitment process for new team members contributing to the growth of the practice.
Qualifications: Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Development Psychology or a related field (required).
- Advanced degree (MBA MHRM or equivalent) or certifications (e.g. SHRMSCP PHR) preferred.
Professional Experience:
- 5 7 years of experience in human capital consulting organizational development HR strategy or related fields.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering human capital projects including talent management workforce strategy and HR transformation.
Skills and Competencies:
- Deep understanding of human capital strategy talent management organizational design and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of HR technology platforms (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors ADP) and HR analytics tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with senior executives and clients.
- Strong project management skills including experience managing crossfunctional teams and client relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and HR systems.
