Job Description: Human Capital Consulting Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Human Capital Consulting Analyst to join our consulting team. In this role you will work on projects that focus on improving organizational performance talent management and employee engagement. You will assist in the development of strategies that help clients optimize their workforce align talent with business goals and improve overall organizational effectiveness. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about human capital strategy and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities: Workforce and Talent Analysis:
  • Conduct research and analysis on workforce trends talent needs and organizational structure.
  • Analyze data related to employee engagement productivity and retention to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in developing insights into workforce behavior and organizational culture to guide strategic decisionmaking.
Strategy Development and Implementation:
  • Support the design and implementation of talent management strategies including workforce planning leadership development and succession planning.
  • Help develop and execute employee engagement and performance management strategies.
  • Assist in evaluating organizational design culture and change management initiatives to align talent with business objectives.
HR Technology and Tools:
  • Leverage HR technology platforms (e.g. Workday SuccessFactors) to analyze data and provide insights to clients.
  • Assist in implementing and optimizing HR systems and solutions to drive efficiencies and improve the employee experience.
  • Support the development of datadriven dashboards and reports to track talent metrics and workforce performance.
Client Engagement Support:
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops contributing ideas and insights related to human capital and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client objectives are met and that projects are executed on time and within scope.
Research and Benchmarking:
  • Conduct research on industry best practices in talent management employee experience and organizational development.
  • Benchmark clients human capital strategies against industry standards and competitive practices.
  • Stay informed on emerging HR trends workforce technology and evolving workforce dynamics.
Qualifications: Educational Background:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Behavior Psychology or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance with a demonstrated interest in human capital organizational development or HR strategy.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Familiarity with HR technology platforms (e.g. Workday ADP SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of talent management processes including recruitment learning and development and performance management.
