Job Description: Technology Consulting Associate
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Technology Consulting Associate to join our consulting team. As a Technology Consulting Associate you will lead workstreams provide strategic insights and drive technologyenabled transformations for clients across diverse industries. You will play a key role in assessing current technology capabilities designing solutions and implementing strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and define technology strategies to meet their goals.
- Assess current technology systems infrastructure and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption modernization and optimization.
- Design innovative solutions to address client needs leveraging emerging technologies such as cloud computing data analytics AI and automation.
- Support the implementation of technology solutions including system integration migration planning and rollout strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects.
- Analyze operational and technical data to uncover insights diagnose issues and recommend technologybased solutions.
- Build models and frameworks to evaluate the impact of technology on business performance.
- Present findings and recommendations in clear actionable formats for client decisionmaking.
- Manage specific workstreams within larger consulting projects ensuring timely delivery and highquality results.
- Prepare and deliver presentations reports and other deliverables to clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients building strong relationships and providing ongoing support.
- Work closely with senior consultants and project managers to align project objectives with client goals.
- Mentor junior team members providing guidance on analysis technology trends and consulting methodologies.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field (required).
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or certifications (e.g. AWS Microsoft PMP) is a plus.
- 3 5 years of experience in technology consulting IT strategy or related fields.
- Proven expertise in technology assessment solution design and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel SQL Python or R.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology platforms (e.g. SAP Salesforce AWS Azure) and emerging technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Highly organized and detailoriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and collaboration software is an advantage.
- Proactive and resultsdriven with a strong commitment to delivering client success.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Passionate about leveraging technology to solve business challenges.
- Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fastpaced dynamic consulting environment.
