Position Overview:

You will collaborate with senior leaders drive impactful solutions for clients and manage project workstreams while mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement and Strategic Advisory:
- Work closely with clients to define challenges develop strategies and design actionable solutions.
- Conduct detailed market research competitive analysis and performance evaluations to inform strategic recommendations.
- Lead the development of tailored client presentations reports and implementation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with clients to implement strategies and measure results.
DataDriven Insights and Problem Solving:
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends identify issues and propose datadriven solutions.
- Build advanced financial models operational frameworks and decisionsupport tools.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear actionable recommendations for clients.
Project and Workstream Management:
- Manage multiple workstreams within client engagements ensuring ontime and highquality delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align on project milestones risks and deliverables.
- Track project performance and provide updates to senior leadership and clients.
Business Development and Thought Leadership:
- Support the preparation of proposals pitches and marketing materials for prospective clients.
- Conduct industry research to identify emerging trends growth opportunities and market dynamics.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives including white papers case studies and conference presentations.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Mentor and coach junior team members providing guidance on analysis client management and professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that values learning and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications: Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Engineering or a related field (required).
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred but not required.
Professional Experience:
- 5 7 years of experience in management consulting strategy or related fields.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions and managing workstreams across diverse industries.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Advanced knowledge of business strategy financial modeling and operational improvement techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Highly organized and detailoriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in research tools and databases (e.g. Bloomberg FactSet) is an advantage.
