Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Growth Equity Associate to join our dynamic investment team. In this role you will take a leading position in identifying evaluating and executing investment opportunities in highgrowth companies while collaborating with portfolio companies to drive value creation. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in growth equity or a related field strong analytical and interpersonal skills and a passion for scaling innovative businesses.

• Identify and evaluate highgrowth companies in target sectors by conducting market research industry analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs industry experts intermediaries and advisors to source deal flow.
• Build and refine financial models to assess business performance growth potential and investment viability.
• Conduct detailed due diligence including market sizing unit economics analysis and risk assessment.

• Lead deal execution processes including negotiating term sheets structuring deals and coordinating due diligence.
• Manage relationships with external advisors including legal accounting and consulting firms.
• Prepare and present investment committee materials including investment theses financial analyses and key risks and opportunities.

• Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to implement strategic and operational improvements.
• Monitor portfolio company performance analyzing financial and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Support portfolio companies in scaling through strategic initiatives such as market expansion operational optimization and talent acquisition.
• Assist in planning and executing exit strategies including M&A and IPO processes.

• Work closely with Principals and Partners to refine investment theses and prioritize target sectors.
• Mentor and support junior team members fostering their professional development and contribution to the teams success.

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field (required).
• MBA or advanced degree in a related field (preferred but not required).

• 4 6 years of experience in growth equity private equity investment banking management consulting or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in deal sourcing financial modeling and portfolio management.
• Experience working with highgrowth companies and a strong understanding of growthstage investing.

• Advanced financial modeling valuation and data analysis skills.
• Strong negotiation and deal execution abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and relevant databases (e.g. PitchBook Capital IQ).

• Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to engage effectively with founders management teams and other stakeholders.
