We are seeking a motivated fulltime permanent Inside Sales Representative to join our clients dynamic team in Richmond Hill ON. The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day working with Sales Executives generating interest qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation and Prospecting - Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup and outbound cold calls/emails.
- Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Route qualified opportunities to Sales Executives for further development.
- Build and maintain mailing lists for prospecting campaigns.
2. Sales and Customer Management - Close sales and consistently meet or exceed quarterly quotas.
- Maintain and expand a database of prospects within assigned territories.
- Partner with team members to build pipelines and close deals.
- Convert leads into paying clients contributing to team revenue goals.
3. Relationship Building - Cultivate longterm trustbased relationships with clients.
- Follow up on leads and perform research to identify potential prospects.
4. Research and Account Management - Leverage platforms like LinkedIn to research accounts and identify decisionmakers.
- Generate interest in products/services with a strong value proposition.
- Work with distribution partners to build pipelines and close transactions maximizing revenue.
5. Product Knowledge and Training - Stay updated on new products services and competitor offerings.
- Provide accurate complete information to customers using appropriate tools and methods.
6. Administrative Duties - Utilize CRM software to track sales activities customer interactions and pipelines.
- Prepare reports to analyze sales metrics and performance.
7. Collaboration and Support - Collaborate with team members to enhance results and improve processes.
- Provide feedback to marketing on campaign performance and customer engagement.
Qualifications & Skills - Proven experience in inside sales with a strong track record of exceeding quotas.
- Excellent phone communication skills and experience making a high volume of daily calls.
- Proficiency with CRM tools web applications and salesrelated software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
