Job Description
We are seeking a qualified professional to drive key initiatives in IT governance risk and compliance (GRC) for Toyota.
Work Mode: Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office Plano TX).
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing a strong governance framework to improve decisionmaking and accountability.
- Identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements to streamline governance processes.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations by updating relevant policies helping prevent fines legal issues and operational inefficiencies.
- Enhancing the maturity of Data & Technology policies standards and controls to align with organizational goals.
- Serving as the main point of contact for policy governance change requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Cybersecurity or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in IT security audit compliance and risk management.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining IT policies procedures and documentation aligned with GRC objectives.
- Expertise in frameworks such as COBIT NIST 80053 and FFIEC.
- Experience in gap analysis for IT GRC processes and generating highquality policy documentation.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written with the ability to collaborate in a complex environment and provide recommendations.
- Proficiency with GRC tools office software and analytical problemsolving skills.
