Job Description
Gathers checks and opens supplies and equipment needed for the surgical procedure. Performs the surgical scrub and donning gown and gloves. Sets up the sterile back table and Mayo stand with instruments supplies equipment and medications/solutions needed for the procedure.
Requirement description :
- At least 2 years of CST experience Required
- Recent travel experience Highly Preferred
- ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- Licensure & Certifications (NBSTSA & BLS AHA)
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 50mile radius restriction)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
- NBSTSA
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : No Weekends
On Call Requirements : As Needed
