Job Description for Project Manager A professional at this position level must have the following responsibilities:
- Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope
- Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques using agile method
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the business users and relevant stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with business users to take detailed requirement briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Track project performance and update in Enterprise Project Management (EPM)
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjustment project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with business users as well as other project members
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
- Manage cyber security risk assessment and security remediation for issues involved the project
- Delegating tasks on the project to project member best positioned to complete the task

- Skilled in preparing required documentation and presentation materials to stakeholders Experienced in project management and software tools
Advantages:
