Job Description
Job Title: .MidLevel Network Support
Location: Colonie NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualification:
- Proficient in Unified Communications and VoIP technologies.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experienced in VOSS/CUCDM platform management.
- Expertise in software and hardware deployment processes.
- Experience in ServiceNow for IT service management and workflow automation.
- Knowledgeable in legacy telecommunications systems including POTS CTX and PRI.
