Job Description
This role oversees the full operations of a 282unit assisted living community including financial management staff leadership marketing and resident satisfaction. The Executive Director ensures compliance with state and federal regulations manages budgets supervises department directors and promotes highquality care and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a highperforming team providing direction and performance feedback.
- Monitor financial performance create budgets and adjust strategies as needed.
- Oversee hiring training and employee engagement.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Actively engage with residents and families to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain occupancy rates.
- Ensure quality care and risk management through QAPI programs.
Qualifications Required:
- Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) or Health Services Executive (LHSE).
- Bachelors degree in senior housing business or a related field.
- Must meet regulatory licensing or permit requirements within set timelines.
Preferred:
- 3 5 years of experience in managing senior housing or a related facility.
This is a critical leadership position requiring strategic planning strong interpersonal skills and operational expertise. The role ensures the community operates smoothly while delivering exceptional service to residents and their families
