Job Description
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Med Surg
Location: Broken Arrow OK
Pay Scale: $1950 $2050 per week
Shift: 6:45 AM 7:15 PM
- Provide nursing care to patients in the MedicalSurgical unit including monitoring vitals and administering medications.
- Assist in patient assessments and contribute to care planning under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Perform wound care IV insertion and other necessary nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records and progress notes.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans treatments and postdischarge instructions.
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as an LPN in Med Surg (required).
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
- IV certification (required).
- Active LPN license in Oklahoma or compact state (required).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
