Job Description
Salesforce Tester
Overland Park KS(Onsite from day 1 no option for remote and hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for new features functionalities and upgrades within Salesforce.
- Create and maintain test cases scripts and documentation to ensure comprehensive coverage of all aspects of the platform.
- Conduct various testing methods including functional integration regression and performance testing.
- Identify document and track defects bugs and issues within the Salesforce environment.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve issues improve testing processes and enhance platform performance.
- Stay uptodate on the latest Salesforce releases best practices and testing methodologies.
- Proactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Tester or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and architecture including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and other relevant modules.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools like Selenium Test Automation and Jira.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
