Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Sales Executive to join our team in the IT infrastructure domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities managing client relationships and promoting our range of IT infrastructure solutions and services.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT infrastructure sector through proactive prospecting networking and lead generation activities.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients understanding their needs and requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

3. Collaborate closely with internal teams including technical experts and solution architects to develop and deliver comprehensive proposals and presentations that address client needs effectively.

4. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends competitive landscapes and potential areas for growth within the IT infrastructure industry.

5. Drive the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure ensuring timely followup and effective communication at each stage.

6. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently striving to maximize revenue and profitability for the organization.

7. Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows to promote our brand and generate new business opportunities.

8. Stay updated on the latest developments in IT infrastructure technology and industry best practices leveraging this knowledge to provide valueadded insights to clients and prospects.

9. Prepare accurate sales forecasts reports and analyses to track performance and inform strategic decisionmaking.

10. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism integrity and customer service in all interactions with clients colleagues and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in engineering Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

Proven track record of success in sales roles within the IT infrastructure industry with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions and services including networking cloud computing cybersecurity and data center technologies.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills with the ability to understand client needs and develop innovative solutions to address them.

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Highly motivated selfstarter with a proactive and resultsdriven approach to sales and business development.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
