Job Description
A SailPoint Developer specializes in implementing configuring and customizing SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ solutions for identity and access management (IAM). SailPoint is a leading IAM platform that helps organizations manage user identities permissions and access across complex IT ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation and Configuration:
- Setting up SailPoint solutions tailored to organizational needs.
- Configuring workflows rules policies and provisioning tasks.

Custom Development:
- Writing custom connectors to integrate SailPoint with thirdparty applications.
- Developing custom rules scripts and plugins using languages like Java XML and BeanShell.

Integration:
- Connecting SailPoint to enterprise systems (e.g. Active Directory HR systems databases cloud apps).
- Configuring Single SignOn (SSO) and MultiFactor Authentication (MFA) solutions.

Troubleshooting and Support:
- Diagnosing and resolving issues with identity provisioning or rolebased access control (RBAC).
- Providing postimplementation support and maintaining the system.
- Support DevOps practices within the IGA teams and the use of CI/CD/CT tooling
