Overview
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone starting their career in marketing and eager to learn and grow. You will help plan and execute events create content and support our marketing efforts to engage with customers and promote our company. Youll work closely with our Marketing Officer and other team members.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Planning and Coordination:
- Help organize webinars and events.
- Assist with event timelines and checklists.
- Manage event registrations and followups.
2. Webinar Management:
- Support webinar setup and execution.
- Create engaging content with the Marketing Officer.
- Record and archive webinars.
3. Content Creation and Management:
- Assist in creating marketing materials like brochures and presentations.
- Keep marketing materials updated and organized.
- Manage our digital asset library.
4. Social Media Management:
- Help create and manage social media content.
- Monitor social media for trends and engagement.
- Analyze and report on social media performance.
5. Collaboration and Support:
- Work with the PR Specialist on event promotions.
- Assist the Lead Generation Officer with capturing leads.
- Ensure consistent branding with the Marketing Officer..
6. Team Assistance:
- Support the Marketing Officer with various projects.
- Help with scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
