Job Summary
Our client in the entertainment industry with a sister company operating a recreational facility center is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Manager to oversee and enhance the operations of our recreation center. In this role you will be responsible for driving the center s financial performance managing daytoday operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daytoday operations ensuring smooth running of all activities.
- Manage staff including hiring training scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Oversee financial aspects including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Hospitality or related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 4 years of postNYSC management work experience in recreational facility management entertainment venue management hospitality management leisure and amusement management or retail management is preferred.
- The Ideal candidate should have strong business acumen in the recreational entertainment leisure and amusement and hospitality industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.
Location Victoria Island Lagos State

Remuneration NGN 300000 NGN 400000 Monthly Net
