About the Role:
We are seeking a detailorientedService Coordinatorto manage service scheduling and customer relationships efficiently. In this role you will coordinate field service technicians ensure client needs are met and maintain strong communication with both clients and technicians. If you have excellent organizational and problemsolving skills this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians for installations preventive maintenance and repairs to optimize efficiency.
- Assess client needs provide service recommendations and connect them with the appropriate technician.
- Maintain accurate records of clients service requests and technician availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and technicians to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to phone calls and emails providing quotes and resolving inquiries.
- Reconcile service personnel travel and expense receipts for the general ledger.
- Expand the database of resources and providers to eliminate service gaps.
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 13 years of relevant industry or customer service experience required.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
