Job Description
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Source negotiate and procure materials supplies and services to meet plant operational needs.
- Manage and optimize global agreements and supplier relationships ensuring costeffectiveness and compliance.
- Identify and develop opportunities for global sourcing to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure alignment with quality and delivery standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports to monitor and improve purchasing efficiency.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support plant maintenance and operational needs.
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MRO procurement within industrial plants.
- Proven experience in managing global agreements and global sourcing.
- Strong negotiation analytical and decisionmaking skills.
- Proficient in procurement software and Online search tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be located in Jubail or willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g. CIPS CPSM) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations and best practices.
