CRD Careers has partnered with a leader in the financial services and banking industry to fill an exciting new position: Client Solutions Advisor.

FIRST SHIFT TRAINING BEGINS FEBRUARY 2025

This role is pivotal in creating exceptional client experiences by engaging customers understanding their financial needs and recommending tailored solutions. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to build meaningful relationships and understand their financial goals.
  • Recommend and fulfill financial solutions including checking and savings accounts credit cards loans and other banking products.
  • Use plain language to share options build rapport and handle objections with empathy.
  • Stay adaptable to evolving technology and processes while maintaining focus on client needs.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve shared goals and deliver a seamless client experience.

NonNegotiable Requirements:

  • Passion for improving clients financial lives with commitment and drive.
  • Ability to actively engage with clients demonstrate empathy and provide clear options.
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset with comfort receiving feedback and learning new processes.
  • Proficiency with computers at an intermediate level.
  • Comfort in a dynamic and evolving environment.

NicetoHave Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services personal banking or inbound contact centers.
  • Proven ability in crossselling upselling or referring products.
  • Previous experience managing high client volumes in a sales or service environment.
