The Commis I position is a crucial role within our culinary team supporting the production of highquality cuisine and maintaining the highest standards of kitchen operations.
- Provide essential support to the Production team in food preparation and execute related duties in the Kitchen with utmost precision and attention to detail.
- Diligently carry out tasks assigned by the Executive Chef Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in any section of the kitchen adhering strictly to established standards and protocols.
- Meticulously perform all jobrelated duties as directed by senior kitchen staff.
- Rigorously adhere to HACCP procedures and maintain comprehensive accurate records at all times.
- Consistently strive to exceed guest expectations in both quality and service of food products recognizing the critical importance of customer satisfaction.
- Promptly report any matters that may affect the interests of the hotel to Management demonstrating a commitment to the establishments success.
- Provide unwavering support to team members enabling the delivery of effective and efficient services across all kitchen operations.
- Collaborate professionally with staff in each section as directed by the Executive Chef ensuring optimal utilization of equipment and efficient completion of all tasks.
- Maintain impeccable personal grooming and hygiene standards at all times recognizing their direct impact on food safety and kitchen professionalism.
- Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with the Catering and Stewarding Departments to ensure event objectives are met and standards are consistently upheld.
