The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced and driven Lateral Associate Litigation to join a prestigious litigation team in San Francisco CA. This position offers the chance to work on innovative and highimpact cases spanning corporate and commercial litigation with exposure to a broad spectrum of legal disciplines.
What Youll Do
- Represent clients in diverse litigation matters including corporate and commercial disputes.
- Draft and manage legal documents including motions pleadings and briefs.
- Collaborate with team members on class actions appellate matters environmental cases securities antitrust IP labor and employment disputes and more.
- Participate in hearings trials and appellate proceedings.
- Develop innovative strategies to deliver favorable outcomes for clients.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Law school graduate from 2020 or earlier with demonstrated exposure to corporate and commercial litigation.
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical research and communication abilities.
- Additional Qualifications: Experience across litigation disciplines such as class actions appellate work and other specialized areas is highly desirable.
Your Skillset
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial litigation practices.
- Analytical and strategic thinking for effective case management.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills for courtroom and client interactions.
- Ability to manage complex cases and collaborate effectively with a crossfunctional team.
