Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to focus on acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth for BetterQA. This role emphasizes B2B sales lead generation and deal closing. Candidates can choose between two compensation models based on their preferences and goals.


Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting
    • Conduct cold calls email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.

    • Research target industries and clients to identify potential sales opportunities.

  2. Sales Execution
    • Engage with prospects presenting tailored solutions aligned with BetterQAs offerings.

    • Convert leads into paying clients by closing deals effectively.

    • Negotiate contracts to meet both client needs and company objectives.

  3. Platform Utilization
    • Leverage Pangea and WillDom platforms to identify and secure relevant projects.

  4. Collaboration and FollowThrough
    • Partner with marketing to align on campaigns and sales materials.

    • Work with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.

  5. Market Research and Reporting
    • Track market trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.

    • Maintain detailed records in CRM tools and provide regular updates on sales performance.

  6. Reports To: Managing Director


Requirements

  • Experience: Proven success in sales preferably in IT services SaaS or consulting.

  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Romanian and English).

    • Expertise in cold outreach and client engagement.

    • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

  • Mindset: Resultsdriven resilient and eager to succeed.


Compensation Options

  • Monthly compensation of 2000 to 2500 EUR gross.

  • Eligible for performancebased commissions once minimum level targets are met.

  • Options: Freelance (PFA/B2B) or FullTime Employment (CIM)


Commission Structure

  • Commissions will be paid as a percentage of the profit margin generated after meeting agreedupon sales targets.

  • Example: 10% of profit margin for contracts closed beyond the monthly revenue target.
