Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to improve agent performance.
- Analyze trends and generate detailed reports on quality metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance the customer experience.
- Identify training needs and support the development of continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in German and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience: Previous experience in quality analysis customer support or a related role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
