Quality Analyst (German Speaker)
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Job Type: Onsite Fulltime
Languages Required: Native or fluent in German with good English proficiency
Are you detailoriented with a passion for quality assurance
We are seeking a dedicated Germanspeaking Quality Analyst to join our team in Lisbon Portugal. If you excel in analysis problemsolving and ensuring the highest standards of service we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to improve agent performance.
- Analyze trends and generate detailed reports on quality metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance the customer experience.
- Identify training needs and support the development of continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in German and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience: Previous experience in quality analysis customer support or a related role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
