Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate usergenerated content (text images videos) in line with community guidelines and platform policies.
  • Identify and escalate content that may violate legal or ethical standards.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies to protect users from harmful or inappropriate material.
  • Address internal inquiries related to content moderation processes.
  • Assist in improving workflows and procedures to enhance moderation efficiency.
  • Stay informed on changes to content guidelines and moderation best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Native in Italian both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in English (training will be conducted in English).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • A proactive approach to ensuring online safety and content integrity.
  • Prior experience in content moderation or related roles is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends.

Training:

  • Duration: 10 working days 8 hours per day.
  • Conducted in English.
  • Training start times may vary between 08:30h and 09:30h depending on the group.
