Job Description
Position: Physician Assistant
Location: Metro Detroit MI

Were committed to pushing the boundaries of whats possible and now were looking for an experienced and passionate Physician Assistant to join our dynamic Metro Detroit team.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care Leadership: Perform thorough physical exams review patient histories and assess conditions to make accurate diagnoses and effective treatment decisions.
Collaborative Care: Work alongside physicians to prescribe therapies and medications coordinating treatment plans that address each patients unique needs.
Diagnostic Precision: Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests such as xrays EKGs and lab work to identify underlying issues.
Holistic Health Guidance: Provide guidance on various aspects of patient care including health regimens preventive measures growth and development and family planning.
Procedural Expertise: Perform vital procedures such as injections suturing wound care and immunizations to ensure optimal recovery and wellness.
Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of assistants and technicians ensuring smooth and efficient care delivery.
Qualifications:
Experience: 25 years in Primary Care or Pediatrics (preferred but not mandatory).
Licensing: Valid Michigan PA licensure.
Education: Masters degree in a relevant healthcare field.
Skills: Strong clinical knowledge a passion for learning and an empathetic patientcentered approach to care.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced everchanging environment while maintaining a focus on delivering excellent patient outcomes.
