Position: Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Physician

What Youll Do:
Deliver Comprehensive Care:
Provide care for patients of all ages diagnosing treating and managing health conditions while emphasizing preventive care and health education.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with physicians midlevel providers and other members of the care team to offer integrated highquality care.
Lead by Example:
Guide and mentor Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners ensuring high standards of care are consistently met.
Be a Lifelong Learner:
Stay current on medical advancements and contribute to the ongoing improvement of practices and processes.
Lead with Integrity:
Take full responsibility for patient care demonstrating professionalism accountability and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Foster Strong Relationships:
Build meaningful professional relationships with colleagues across all departments ensuring seamless care and collaboration.
What You Bring:
Medical Expertise:
Board Certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics with 13 years of experience in primary care or internal medicine/pediatrics.
Clinical Competence:
A proven ability to manage patient care from diagnosis through treatment including prescriptions and ancillary orders.
TechSavvy:
Comfortable using EMR systems particularly Allscripts to document patient care accurately and efficiently.
Collaborative Spirit:
Thrive in a multidisciplinary setting working alongside your team to deliver the best possible outcomes for patients.
Commitment to Growth:
Always striving to improve and adapt to meet the evolving needs of your patients and team.
Respect for Diversity:
A deep understanding of the importance of social and cultural backgrounds in shaping patient care and incorporating this perspective into your approach.
