We are currently looking for a detailoriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team and help facilitate our operations.
As a Data Entry Clerk you will be responsible for entering and maintaining data in our systems accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be crucial in ensuring data integrity and supporting our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of information.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve data discrepancies.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word etc.) and familiar with database management.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
