Senior Fullstack dev (Python/React)

About the Position
MateHR is seeking a talented developer on behalf of our client a Fortune 500 company to develop and implement scalable solutions to challenging issues. This role involves taking ownership of features from initial concept through to client delivery.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with distributed systems utilizing Kubernetes (k8s) architecture and have handson experience with ArgoCD.
You will be expected to maintain high standards in managing production environments with a focus on thorough testing effective monitoring and robust alerting to ensure system stability.
We value each individuals contribution to help us grow and adapt. Therefore we expect you to share your insights and personal experience with a dynamic agile team.
You will work closely with product managers data scientists and fellow engineers to integrate advanced AI functionalities into our offerings.
Additionally you will guide and mentor junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and team improvement.
Staying current with new technologies and industry trends will be important in ensuring that our solutions remain innovative and effective.
What We Are Looking For
Core Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in the industry with expertise in Python
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React
- Proficiency in Kubernetes (k8s) ArgoCD and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with integrating thirdparty APIs
- Knowledge of modern queuing systems like RabbitMQ Celery or Kafka
- Strong understanding of system architecture design principles scalable infrastructure and scalable system design
- Experience with test cases and testdriven development (TDD)
- Database experience (both SQL and NoSQL)
- Selfmotivated passionate about technology and solving intricate challenges
Nice to have
- Experience in product delivery
- Familiarity with Argo Workflows
- Experience with ETL processes and building data pipelines
