Job Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist you will be a key player in delivering outstanding customer service across multiple channels including inbound calls live chat email and social media. The Customer Care department serves as the primary point of contact for customers in need of assistance.
Requirements:
- German (C1 level written and spoken).
- English (B2 level written and spoken).
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
What We Offer:
- Base salary: 3800 BGN gross with additional pay for hours worked after 10 PM.
- Signon bonus: 1000 BGN.
- Fulltime position with flexible shifts 5 days a week 8 hours per day.
- Working hours: Monday to Sunday 10:00 am 2:00 am.
