Job Description
Korzen Health is working with St Josephs Hospital alongside Healogics in regards to finding a full time Certified Nurse Practitioner. They are looking for someone to cover 2 locations Madison and Grimes County TX.
This position is 100% wound care. You will have a fullteam in place from the initial start date. The Wound Care Center is an Academic Affiliated program.
Scope of Practice Includes:
- Full Team Case Manager Office Manager Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow!
- Facility has 2 rooms with a team of nurses and case manager
- EMR
- No Nights No Call No weekends.
- You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.
- Opportunity for growth within leadership.
- Wound Care training is provided.
- Travel to Madison (2 days) and Grimes (2 days) is required.
- 4 days 32 hours per week

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner and Experience Requirements:
- TX State license
- Must be Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Must have 1 year of NP experience
- NP procedure experience i.e. Sutures/I&D
