Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of broadcast technicians providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations

Create and schedule programming for onboard channels including live events movies and TV shows

Ensure the quality and reliability of all broadcasts troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise

Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new and innovative programming ideas

Maintain and update broadcast equipment ensuring it is in good working condition at all times

Train and onboard new broadcast technicians providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles

Monitor and analyze viewership data to make informed decisions about programming and scheduling

Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in broadcasting technology

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Communications Broadcasting or a related field

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferably in the entertainment or cruise industry

Strong technical knowledge and experience with broadcast equipment and software

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for delivering highquality programming

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills

Ability to work in a fastpaced everchanging environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed
