Job Purpose Statement: Driving the Ethics framework Grievance Handling and working on the Ethics effectiveness
matrices. Responsible for working closely with the CEC this role will ensure that Ethics & Diversity agendas are
successfully implemented and in line with businesses objectives. Understanding external trends in Ethics / POSH / DEI
and having the ability to transfer these to the company to improve the brand and diversity of the workforce.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive LBE Action Plan for Group (on all 4 LBE Pillars) so as to reflect the same in the ACR report
Work on Forensics and Investigation of all wide Ethics cases.
Work on Automation projects for Ethics and D&I
Drive Ethics agenda for the organization handle the cases and represent the Ethics committee
Reviewing the organizations workplace policies and procedures ensuring that these are allinclusive
Assist with Ethics & DEI Analytics including benchmarking tracking metrics analyzing and generating
diversity reporting for the various audience to highlight trends and demonstrate the impact of Ethics &
DEI programs and initiatives
Handle POSH cases and represent the POSH committee. Ensure proper documentation and
maintenance of records as per statutory requirements.
Leverage Technology to create best in class Ethics & DEI processes
Program manage the Employee Wellness Agenda for the organization
Build strategic thinking and leverage projects such as Talent Management Framework Health and
Wellness Policy and Diversity Projects to demonstrate strategic thinking mindset.
Be an Ethics & DEI Evangelist with the organization gaining Best In class practices
ranking through internal and external benchmarks.
