Job Description
McLaren Bay Region is recruiting for TWO Gastroenterologists to establish and grow a new practice in Bay City Michigan.
Job Description:
- Emphasis on ambulatory endoscopy procedures and inpatient ERCP and EUS. Ability to specialize in ERCP and EUS is required.
- This employed opportunity offers staff support who are well trained experienced and efficient moving patients through our endoscopy care
- McLaren Bay has a new ambulatory endoscopy surgery center.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible is required.
- Call coverage 1:3
- Shared call coverage including Hospitalist support
- 2 colorectal surgeons in the community
- Single hospital coverage
- Cerner EMR
- GI clinic location less than half a mile from hospital
- Open to Locums candidates (submit to Job #52633 )
- Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.

- Medical malpractice insurance plus tail coverage
- Health/vision/dental insurances
- License/DEA reimbursement

Requirement description :
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology REQUIRED
- MI license (or in process): REQUIRED
- Ability to specialize in ERCP and EUS (Note in Additional Submission Details) REQUIRED
- DEA (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
