Description
- Distribution Management Dealing with Key Accounts General Trade Modern Trade etc.
- Responsible for ensuring regional secondary sales targets of Merchandising and BAs
- Customized projects to improve business and ensure timebond execution through the team.
- In/On stores merchandising planning negotiating and execution of in/onstore merchandising and shelf space.
- Team management and supervision.
- Utilization of POS material.
- Brandbuilding exercises through the team.
- Planning and execution of regional trade marketing activities to encounter the competitors.
- Making different kinds of projects which enhance the secondary sales.
- Checking the Daily Progress of BAs
- Checking of staff according to their schedule.
- Execution of Activities as per the needs of the Market
