We re seeking a Senior GTM/Sales Recruiter to attract source and hire qualified candidates for Automatit s Sales and Marketing positions globally. You will collaborate with various departments and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Work location hybrid from Tel Aviv
Responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain candidate pipelines using various sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter Xray search Boolean search job boards referrals blogs networking and events.
- Conduct market research to identify and map out key talent pools market benchmarks and competitor landscapes.
- Take full responsibility for the assigned roles in the company s ATS (Comeet) daily to ensure that all candidate data and statuses are up to date
- Manage the hiring process of assigned roles endtoend
- Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the organization
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop comprehensive recruitment plans
- Build a diverse and talented workforce to meet the organizations goals
- Work hybrid from Tel Aviv Israel
Requirements :
- 4 years of experience as a Sales/GTM Recruiter in a global tech company
- 4 years of experience in interviewing sourcing and recruiting Sales and Marketing roles in the tech field such as Account Executive Account Manager Sales Manager BDR Marketing Manager SEO Content etc.
- 4 years of experience in global recruitment
- Proven track record of hiring sales and GTM professionals internationally and locally
- Indepth experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/Xray search
- Experience with managing hiring processes via ATS
- Have a datadriven approach and utilize analytics to inform recruitment status and other HR strategies.
- A proven track record of engaging talent through tools with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidates
- Selfstarter with the ability to own multiple roles simultaneously and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew (additional language is an advantage)
- Experience recruiting for cloud ecosystem roles advantage.
- Experience with Comeet ATS advantage
- Experience with Google Suite advantage
