Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ECommerce Cloud Salesforce Specialist to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining our clients ECommerce Cloud solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective solutions. This is a fulltime position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop ECommerce Cloud solutions on the Salesforce platform
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide effective solutions
Configure and customize Salesforce ECommerce Cloud modules to meet client needs
Integrate ECommerce Cloud with other Salesforce products and thirdparty applications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ECommerce Cloud
Stay updated on new Salesforce features and functionalities and make recommendations for their implementation
Provide training and support to clients on ECommerce Cloud usage and best practices
Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
Document all processes procedures and configurations related to ECommerce Cloud solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce ECommerce Cloud development and implementation
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its various products and services
Experience with web development languages such as HTML CSS and JavaScript
Knowledge of Apex Visualforce and Lightning components
Familiarity with ECommerce best practices and industry standards
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Salesforce certifications in ECommerce Cloud and/or other Salesforce products is a plus
