Leasing Consultant Opportunity
Were seeking a passionate Leasing Consultant to join our team. If you thrive on building meaningful connections delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying the values of a communityfocused organization this role is for you. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication sales and customer service skills along with a drive to support the mission and vision of our company.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage prospective residents qualifying their needs and showcasing available apartments and community amenities.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions including phone calls visits and applications.
Provide guided tours highlight features and benefits and assist prospects in completing applications.
Process applications including credit checks and rental history and follow up with applicants on their status.
Prepare apartments for moveins and conduct orientations for new residents.
Assist with lease renewals distributing notices and following up as needed.
Support the community through participation in events morning meetings and teambuilding initiatives.

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and related software.

At least two years of experience in leasing or a related field.
