Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead and develop a team of skilled nursing professionals across a 30bed Labor & Delivery unit 9bed OB ED and 4 operating rooms
- Drive quality improvements and patient satisfaction through evidencebased practice implementation
- Champion workplace quality initiatives that enhance both patient care and staff engagement
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams including MFM Midwifery OB and Family Medicine to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Oversee clinical operations and patient care delivery while maintaining regulatory compliance and healthcare standards
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with staff physicians and hospital leadership
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Experience leading and mentoring nursing teams in Labor & Delivery
- Track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives and evidencebased practices
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and healthcare standards
- Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative inclusive workplace environment
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters degree preferred
- Current Washington RN license (or eligible)
- BLS certification through American Heart Association
- 3 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- Previous charge nurse or management experience preferred
