Job Description

We are a cuttingedge digital marketing agency located in Barcelona specializing in Google products. We are looking for a motivated Junior Campaign Specialist fluent in Dutch to join our team. This hybrid role allows you to work remotely three days a week while engaging with our team in our vibrant Barcelona office for two days a week. Role Overview: In this role you will be vital in creating managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Googles platforms. Your Dutch language skills will be crucial for tailoring campaigns to Dutchspeaking audiences. You will enjoy the flexibility of remote work while benefiting from the collaborative environment of our Barcelona office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in planning launching and optimizing Google Ads campaigns including search display and video formats.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends competitor activities and audience behaviors in Dutchspeaking regions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with content creators to ensure that ad copy landing pages and creative materials align with campaign objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Client Support: Help account managers communicate with clients providing updates and addressing any campaignrelated inquiries.
  • Ad Optimization: Implement strategies for improving ad performance through methods such as A/B testing keyword adjustments and bid management.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of campaign strategies performance and insights for future reference and planning.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch is required with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: Prior experience with Google Ads or similar digital marketing platforms is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of tools such as Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a passion for datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate complex information and interact effectively with team members and clients.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and comfortable working both remotely and inoffice.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to manage tasks effectively in a hybrid work environment.
