Job Summary:
The Sales Executive (Room & Banquets) is responsible for generating sales leads building client relationships and meeting revenue goals for room bookings and banquet events. This role involves identifying new business opportunities maintaining strong partnerships with clients and ensuring exceptional customer service that aligns with Quest Hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve room and banquet sales targets.
- Identify and build relationships with corporate social and group clients.
- Conduct site inspections sales calls and presentations to promote the hotels services.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution.
- Prepare proposals contracts and event orders tailored to client needs.
- Maintain a database of clients and prospects ensuring regular followups.
- Track market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
- Deliver excellent customer service ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Hospitality or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales CRM systems.
- Willingness to work in Alabang.
