What is anInbound Wellness Sales Specialist
AnInbound Wellness Sales Specialistis someone who answers every inbound support call from a customer with a smile ready to help them no matter what they need. In some cases customers may need help with a product return or general support and in other cases they are simply calling in needing help completing their order.
On the Inbound call we walk a customer step by step through a carefully craftedHealth and Wellness Protocoldesigned to help them optimize their health with the product that they just purchased.
About 25% of the time these customers could benefit from additional health and wellness products like supplements programs coaching or devices. So using our well tested and carefully scripted process called permission based selling we offer the customer additional products to support their goals.
This process generates a sale on10%30%of your inbound calls with an average order value somewhere around2Xwhat the customer spent online. So great Inbound Wellness Sales Specialists can sell anywhere from $1000 to $2000 every day depending on their skill level and commitment to excellence.
