Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a permanent fulltime CT Technologist position. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Honolulu HI 96813
Start Date: 12/12/2024
Shift: Rotating and Night shifts are available
Facility Salary: $100000.00 to $105000.00
JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares and performs a variety of CT and radiologic procedures.
- Provides patient care during procedures.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Essential: standing sitting walking finger dexterity seeing hearing speaking lifting pushing/pulling the maximum weight of 50 pounds of force carrying the usual weight of 25 pounds.
- Continuous: reaching at and below shoulder level repetitive arm/hand motions frequent gripping of an object.
- Frequent: stooping/bending lifting the weight up to the maximum weight of 50 pounds carrying the usual weight of 50 pounds reaching above shoulder level static gripping of an object for prolonged periods.
- Occasional: kneeling squatting twisting body.
- Operates CT scanner computer telephone and printer.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Not substantially subjected to adverse environmental conditions.
- Exposed to communicable diseases. The work environment may be stressful due to patient volume.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Two (2) years experience as a Radiologic Technologist in an acute care facility; OR One (1) year experience in Radiologic Special Procedures.
- CT experience is required.
Education:
- BSN required
Licenses Certifications and Registration:
- Current Hawaii state license as Radiologic Technologist or eligible to obtain before date of hire.
- Current certification in Computed Tomography (CT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.). If not certified certification must be obtained within one (1) year of entrance into the position.
- Current BLS/HCP certification.
