Job Description
Northwest Partners is looking to hire an experienced Network Security Engineer to work on a project with one of our premier clients in the technology industry.
Applicants must be able to work for any US employer without additional work visa sponsorship.
What YOU will do:
- Configure deploy and maintain Palo Alto firewalls across enterprise networks.
- Implement and optimize security policies to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
- Monitor and analyze firewall logs to ensure network security compliance.
- Provide ongoing technical support including troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Perform periodic updates patches and system upgrades to maintain optimal performance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement secure network architectures.
What YOU will bring us:
- Expertise with Palo Alto Networks products including Panorama and GlobalProtect.
- Proven experience configuring and managing NextGeneration Firewalls (NGFW).
- Strong understanding of security protocols VPNs and intrusion prevention systems.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot network and security issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and nontechnical teams.
